Terms of Use:

• All pages of our products are copyrighted. You may not create, sell or share anything based on these products or upload them to another website.

• Products bought for a single use teacher in the pricing plans are to be used by one teacher only and are not to be shared with colleagues. If more than one teacher requires use, then a 1-form-entry, 2-form-entry or 3+ form-entry subscription must be purchased instead.

• You are permitted to share the cover image of our resources your blog or via social media but not any content, as long as you link to the product.

• Copies of the resources must not be retained by individuals once they leave the employment of the purchasing institution, unless they are purchased as personal items.

• Since 10/10/19, all Paid Plans are now recurring yearly payments and will be charged each year until cancelled. 

• Once paid for, a paid plan cannot be refunded, although it can be cancelled anytime to prevent any further charges. A customer can do this by contacting us at manicstreetteachers@outlook.com, using the contact forms or by cancelling via their own PayPal or credit card accounts.

Disclaimer

These Resources are provided to support the delivery of maths, English, history, music, geography and science in KS2, but in no way constitute an endorsed teaching method that is required by the any particular exam board, and the decision to use them lies with the individual teacher.

Manic Street Teachers accepts no responsibility for resources which are hosted by third parties and are accessed by links in the resources.  Where such third party resources no longer work because a third party has moved or removed a resource,  it is up to the purchasing institution to source and maintain links to other suitable external third party resources once the resources have been purchased. Feel free to contact us at manicstreetteachers@outlook.com so we can investigate and amend any errors in links.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Manic Street Teachers agree to:

• only collect information that we need for a specific purpose (recording and processing invoices and electronic marketing emails where the individual has subscribed to our mailing list)

• keep data secure

• ensure data is relevant and up to date

• only hold as much data as we need, and only for as long as we need it (in the case of accounts this will be for 3 years from the end of the financial year after the date of payment)

• allow the subject of the information to see their personal data on request and request amendments if necessary

 

The Data Protection Officer, Matthew Dix (manicstreetteachers@outlook.com) has overall responsibility for the day-to-day implementation of ensuring 'Manic Street Teachers' meets the expectations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
